We would like to inform you that 1 April 2025, the LOTOS Lab Sp. z o.o. Company merged with the ORLEN Laboratorium S.A Company. The LOTOS Lab Company was dissolved without liquidation and the ORLEN Laboratorium Company assumed all the rights and obligations of LOTOS Lab. At the same time, the LOTOS Lab Sp. z o.o. Company was deleted from the National Court Register.
